Arnita Rena Bines

Arnita Rena Bines was born September 1, 1965 to the late Annanias Denson, Sr. and Betty Bines Mitchell.

She was educated in the Valdosta City School System and was a member of the Valdosta High Class of 1983. She continued her education at Valdosta Technical College and successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate Program. Afterwards, she worked at the Lake haven Nursing Home for several years.

Arnita was a loving and caring person. She was a woman of strength who had an opened heart. Her house was always opened to anyone in need. She would tell you the truth about anything in the most respectful way.

On Saturday, February 8, 2020, Arnita was granted eternal rest from her earthly labor.

In addition to her father, Annanias Denson, Sr., Arnita is preceded in death by one of her daughters: Jaquita Williams; two sisters: Linda Bivins and Darlene Robinson; one brother: Eric Bines; her grandparents: Ida Mae Anderson and Darnell Bines; one aunt: Frances Moten; and two uncles: Hertis Moten and Richard Brown, Jr.

Arnita leaves lasting cherished memories to her beloved mother: Betty Bines Mitchell; her stepfather: Paul Davis; one daughter: Nandi Williams; one grandson who she adored: Kamiel Williams; six sisters: Luevern Bines, Monica Williams, Victoria Soles, Ragina Rice of Valdosta, GA, Christina Denson and Symanthia Monigan (Lidell) of Hahira, GA; four   brothers:   Annanias Denson, Jr., Alan Denson, David Denson, and Keith Denson, all of Valdosta, GA; four aunts: Mary Frances Carter, Mildred McBurrough, Letha Riley, and Frances Hagan of Valdosta, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life for the late Miss Arnita Rena Bines will be Saturday, February 15, 2020, 2:00 p.m., Greater Pleasant Temple Baptist Church, 309 Cherry Street, Valdosta, GA.

Pastor Bernard Robinson will officiate.

Public viewing, Friday, February 14, 2020 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Godfrey Funeral Home.
