Bishop Willie C. Brown

August 3, 1947 — June 8, 2013

On August 03, 1947 in Valdosta, GA, the Lord said, “Let there be”, and so it was Willie C. Brown was born to Queen Elizabeth Brown and the late Willie Paul Brown.

At a young age, Willie C. accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. When he was a child, he spoke, understood and thought as a child; but when he became a man, he put away childish things.

Over 46 years ago, the Lord spoke, “Let there be”, and so it was that Willie C. and Irene were married. Willie C. prayed for patience and God answered in the form of five precious daughters. He was a hard worker, a man of integrity who ministered to the sick and the poor—a true missionary and servant at heart. Willie C. Brown was a faithful member of Braswell Temple. His faithfulness awarded him the office of Bishop. Bishop Willie C. Brown established his ministry based on the principles of Acts 2:42. He was the Overseer of Fellowship Christian Center of Prayer and Spiritual Life of Alapaha, GA.

On June 8, 2013, the Lord spoke yet again to Bishop Willie C. Brown and said. “Well done, thou good and faithful servant; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord” and it was so.
