It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mr. Bose "Poochie" Hazzard, Jr, age 60, of Valdosta, GA, departed this life Tuesday, December 01, 2020.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mr. Bose “Poochie” Hazzard, age 60, of Valdosta, GA, will be Saturday, December 12, 2020, 2:00 p.m., at Universal Deliverance Church, 419 Adair Street, Valdosta. Apostle Naomi McCowan is pastor and Minister Dewayne Hazzard will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Southview Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Friday, December 11th, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Godfrey Funeral Home.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear a mask during the visitation and at the funeral service
