D elores Davis Harrison was born July 4, 1944, in Valdosta, GA, to the late Mack C. Davis, Sr. and the late Sally Davis.
A proud graduate of Pinevale High School Class of 1962, Delores was a loving person who was full of life. She was indeed a people person, who never met a stranger and impacted so many lives. Recognizing communication was her gift, she was employed by AT&T for over 30 years as a tele-communication operator. Delores was such a devoted wife and mother. She was an amazing cook and everyone loved to eat her good hot meals. When not entertaining family and friends, she could be found enjoying all types of music. She loved her family deeply and gave of herself unconditionally. Because she was a mentor, a confident, and a friend, she will always hold a place in her family and friends heart.
As Delores walked through out her journey of life, she believed and loved the Lord. On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, God granted Delores eternal rest and she transitioned from labor to reward.
In addition to her parents, Delores is preceded in death by her grandparents; one sister: Grace Davis and one brother: Lamar Davis.
