Diane Flintroyal Bradley Hart

Mrs. Diane Flintroyal Bradley Hart was born March 23, 1954, in Naylor, Georgia to the late Arcolon and Willie Mae Flintroyal.

Diane was educated in the Valdosta City School System and was a proud graduate of the 1972 graduating class of Valdosta High School. She continued her education at Valdosta Technical School and graduated in 1976, receiving her diploma in Office Occupations. She furthered her studies at Valdosta Tech by enrolling in their nursing classes and went on to receive her Accounting Certificate. A true servant at heart, Diane answered the call of service to her country by enlisting in the Army Reserve.

Diane always put others before herself. Always smiling, she was helpful, fun, outgoing, joyful and spiritual. She was a loving wife, mother, second mom to Daniell and sister whom she talked to at least three to four times a day. Not only was she a devoted wife to Carl, she was also an awesome caretaker.

On Sunday, August 12, 2018, God looked around His garden and He found an empty place; He then looked down upon the earth and saw Diane’s precious face. He put His arms around her and lifted her unto eternal rest.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter: Marinese Hart Wright; one brother: Tommy Flintroyal; grandparents: Leila Flintroyal, Thomas Flintroyal, Ida Green, and Clayton Green; aunts and uncles: Tom Flintroyal, Luther Roberts, A. B. Roberts, and Maude Flintroyal; a brother in-law: Robert Morgan; her mother-in-law: Katherine L. Young; a nephew: Willis Flintroyal and a special cousin: Gwendolyn A. Brown.

Diane leaves to mourn her passing yet celebrate her life, her husband: Carl Hart of Valdosta, GA; two children: Crystal Townsend (Reggie) of Valdosta, GA, Carl Hart, Jr (Rashema) of Cairo, GA; sisters: Catherine Morgan of Forest City, AK and Endia Baker (Russell) of Naylor, GA; brothers: Willie C. Flintroyal of Lakeland, GA and Peter Flintroyal (Jeanette) of Lakeland, GA; aunt: Dollie Brown; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren;special friends: Fredrick Bivins, Delores Cobb, and Lena Waters; and a host of extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mrs. Diane Flintroyal Bradley Hart will be Saturday, August 18, 2018, 11:00 a.m., from the sanctuary of Crossing Jordan Baptist Church, 1401 Cypress Street, Valdosta.

Dr. Ronnie Mathis is pastor and Reverend Enoch Brown will officiate.

Public viewing will be Thursday, August 16th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Gateway to Heaven United Holiness Church, 807 E. Peeler Avenue, Lakeland, GA; and Friday, August 17th, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., here at Godfrey Funeral Home.
