It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Ms. Evon Lewis, age 63, of Valdosta, GA, departed this life Friday, December 31, 2021, at her residence.

The Celebration of Life for the late Ms. Evon Lewis will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022, 3:00 p.m., at Southside Church of Christ, 1198 Old Statenville Road, Valdosta, GA.

Bro. Eric V. Dawkins, Sr. is minister and Bro. Gene Godfrey will be officiating.

Interment will follow in the Southview Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Saturday, January 8, 2022, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, Janury 9, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Godfrey Funeral Home.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear mask at the public viewing and the funeral service.
