It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mr. Godfrey C. Hunter, age 69, departed this life Saturday, November 17, 2024.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mr. Godfrey C. Hunter will be Tuesday, November 26, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at Macedonia First Baptist Church, 715 JL Lomax Drive., Valdosta, GA.

Pastor Corie Goss will be officiating.

The service will be streamed live on our Facebook/YouTube page.

The public viewing will be Monday, November 25, 2024, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive family and friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday during the public viewing.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Valdosta High School Marching Band.
