It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mr. Herman L. Godfrey, Jr., age 46, departed this life Saturday, June 15, 2024.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mr. Herman L. Godfrey, Jr. will be Sunday, June 23, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at Southside Church of Christ, 1198 Old Statenville Road, Valdosta, GA, 31601.

Minister Walter Scott, Jr. will be officiating.

Interment will follow in the Joe Howell Cemetery, 4643 Otter Creek Rd., Lake Park, GA 31636.

Public viewing will be Friday, June 21, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday June 22, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Godfrey Funeral Home, Valdosta, GA.
