Kristofer "Kris" Doron Foster

On November 26, 1999, a bouncing baby boy was born to Tequilla Kenyattia Foster and Jason D. Williams and they named him Kristofer Doron Foster. He was Kris to many that knew him.

Kris was a member of Union Baptist Church and was baptized. His favorite scripture was “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13. Kris received his early education from the Lowndes County Schools. He was a proud graduate of Lowndes High School (home of the Vikings) Class of 2018. Kris was very active in sports by way of basketball and football where he filled many hearts with his laughter and that contagious smile. Kris wasn’t here long enough to have children of his own but he did get the chance to share that fatherly support to his God-Son, Adrian Stewart, whom he loved dearly.

On August 5, 2018, Kris was called home at a tender age of 18 where his journey ended on this side and his new life began as he joins his favorite Uncle, Gary Demond Foster (Big Man) and Great-Grandparents, Inez Spencer and Cecilia Capehart.

Kristofer leaves to celebrate and remember his beautiful smile to his loving and devoted mother: Tequilla Davis (Rodney) of Valdosta, GA; his father: Jason Williams (Cynthia); Six sisters: Kristie Longs, Kyla Davis of Valdosta, GA; E’miya Williams of Atlanta, GA; Kymetria Davis, Kearra Davis of Birmingham, AL; Jazmin Davis of Etophia; Six brothers: Tyler Lissimore, Elijah Davis, Jeremiah Davis, Rodney Davis, Jr., all of Valdosta, GA; Jaylan Williams and Justin Williams of Atlanta, GA; his loving and devoted Papa & Nana: Deacon Gary & Minister Laverne Foster; his Grandparents: Elder Anita & Deacon Virgil Jackson, Ronald   & Donna Fulton, Lizzie (the late Joe) Davis all of Valdosta, GA; Great-Grandparents: John & Mary Spencer of Valdosta, GA; Two aunts: Cecilia Foster   of Wichita, KS; Chelsa Jackson of Valdosta, GA; his Godson: Adrian Stewart; Godparents: John & Veronica Crittenden, Dafford Madison, City Councilwoman Vivian & Anthony Cody, Carolyn Berrian and Pastor Frank & Co-Pastor Shirley Carter; all of Valdosta, GA; his God-brothers: Fred Stewart, Shamar Stewart, Izayah Raba, Romikko Washington and Roquan Washington; a very special Cousin: Briana Townsend and the student body of Lowndes High School, the Lowndes High School Football Team and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life for the late Kristofer Doron Foster (Kris) will be Saturday, August 11, 2018, 11:00 a.m., from the sanctuary of Union Cathedral, 1050 E. Hill Avenue, Valdosta.

Bishop Wade S. McCrae, Senior Pastor, will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens.

Public viewing will Friday, August 10, 2018, noon to 8:00 p.m. at Godfrey Funeral Home.
