Madline Albertha Minott

Madline Albertha Minott was born to the late Robert and Martha Minott August 03, 1928 in Jamaica, West Indies.

The Lord quietly beckoned His child home, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at the Langdale Hospice House.

Her parents precede her in death.

Madline leaves to cherish her memories, two devoted children: Calvin Patterson of Barney, GA and Yvonne Newby of Valdosta, GA; one sister: Patricia Taylor of Staten Island, NY; three brothers: Wilberforce Minott (Murlene), Robert Minott, and Cecil Minott (Doren), all of Jamaica, West Indies; five grandchildren: Leon Clarke, Sr. of Queens, NY, Calvina Patterson, Antonia Patterson (Paula) and Alvinette Patterson of Barney, GA and Latoya Chambers of Ft. Lewis, WA; one great-grandchild: Leon Clark, Jr.; special friends: Sis. Betty, Sis. Franklin, Sis. Mary, Sis. Eula Godfrey, Bro. Wright, Ronald and Elizabeth Moe; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Special thanks to the staff of the Langdale Hospice House and the staff of the Pearlman Cancer Center at South Georgia Medical Center.

The homegoing celebration for Madline will be held Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 11:00am from the sanctuary of Southside Church of Christ.

Burial will follow at the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
