On May 30, 1987, the Lord blessed Marshall Ingram and Carolyn Kenney with a precious baby girl, they named their beautiful bundle of joy, Marsharie A’Lane Ingram.
Marsharie received her in education in the Cook County School System and was a proud member of the graduating Class of 2005. She furthered her education at Wiregrass Technical College and received her licensing and certification as a Phlebotomist and Cosmetologist. Marsharie was a bold, vibrant, highly-fashionable, caring and compassionate young lady. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. With a great love for helping others, especially the homeless, she would do anything to help those in need. Marsharie was a loving sister, aunt, cousin, friend and most importantly, an awesome daughter who was loved and adored by many.
Marsharie was a self-proclaimed event planner. She shared her passion for entertaining through planning parties, dinners and games. In addition, she loved working with children.
Recognizing she needed a Saviour, she was baptized at the age of 12 and was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
On Saturday, August 17, the Lord granted Marsharie eternal rest and she transitioned from earthly labor to her heavenly reward.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Lora Mae Ingram, Jefferson Lane, Sr., and Leola Lane.
Left to celebrate her life, remember her legacy of love and cherished memories are her parents who adored her: Carolyn Marie Kenney (Billy) and Marshall Lamar Ingram (Kathy); her sister: Quaneisha Mobley (Larry); her three brothers: Anthony Ingram (Nathalie), Jamar Kenney, and Billy Kenny III; a special cousin: Byron Garrison; her two godchildren: Dexter Harris and Zecori Clemons, Jr.; her three god-sisters: Chastity Williams (Yamaro), Jordan McCalister, and Ashanti Lane; her two god-brothers: Cedric McCalister and Earnest McCalister, Jr.; special friends: Andrea Scott and Yevette Gibbons; and a host of extended family and friends.
