It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces, Ms. Lola Mae Carter, age 84, of Naylor, GA, departed this life Friday, June 5, 2026.
The Celebration of Life for the late Ms. Lola Mae Carter will be Thursday, June 11, 2026, 11:00 a.m., at TruthPointe Church, 326 US Highway 122 Lakeland, GA.
Interment will follow at Charles Knight Cemetery, 36 N. College St., Lakeland, GA.
Public viewing will be Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 12 Noon to 7:00 p.m., at Godfrey Funeral Home, 636 River Street, Valdosta, GA.
