Pallie Phill Terry

Pallie Phill Terry was born on November 26, 1957, in Greenville, FL to the late Jessie James Terry Sr. and the late Issa B. Ware Terry.

Brother Pallie Phill Terry was a hardworking man who provided for his family and being home was his greatest joy. He was there for his family through the good and the bad times, no matter what. He was a very honest, kind, and loving man. Always showing himself to be friendly, he never met a stranger. His favorite past time was grilling. He liked feeding everybody, especially children. He will always be remembered for his contagious smile, giving heart, and helpful spirit.

On Sunday, May 5, 2019, Brother Pallie was granted eternal rest.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters: Naomi Williams and Victory Terry; and one brother: Archie Leroy Terry.

Brother Pallie leaves to mourn yet rejoice and give thanks for his life, a loving wife, Mrs. Janice Miller Terry of Valdosta, GA; their children: Danielle Gore (Kenneth) and Tevin J. Terry, all of Valdosta, GA; his loving grandchildren whom he adored: Kenden I. Gore and Kaiden I. Gore; two sisters: Yolanda Hatten (Billy) of Tallahassee, FL and Joy Milton (Don) of Jacksonville, FL; five brothers: Ernest Brooks of Greenville, FL, Jessie Terry Jr of Austin, TX, Frank Terry (Nancy) of Ocala, FL, Barry Terry of Tallahassee, FL, and Nicholas Terry (Sharonda) of Madison, FL; one brother   in-law: Tyrone Miller; two aunts: Annie Terry and Lou Bell, both of Madison, FL; and a host of extended family and friends.

The Celebration of Life for the late Brother Pallie Phill Terry will be Saturday, May 11, 2019, 1:00 p.m., Godfrey Funeral Home Chapel.

Bishop Reginald Benjamin will officiate.

Interment, Pallbearers Cemetery.

Public viewing, Friday, May 10, 2019, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Godfrey Funeral Home.
