Percy Lee Harris, Sr.

Percy Lee Harris, Sr., was born June 27, 1936 in Catherine, Alabama to the late Edd Harris and the late Louise Crear Harris.

He departed this life May 24, 2012 at Palms Gardens Nursing Home in Vero Beach, FL.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother: George Harris.

Percy leaves to cherish his memory five beloved children: Percy (Carolyn) Harris, Jr., Timothy (Dilandra) Harris, Marsha Harris and Saundra Gail Harris (Dexter) Montgomery all of Valdosta, GA and Christopher (Claudia) Harris of Alexandria, VA; five brothers: Willie James (Pearl) Harris, Joseph (Dorothy) Harris, Cleotis Harris, Leotis (Linda) Harris and Eddie Lee Harris all of Alabama; five sisters: Reola Davis, Pattie Davis, Pearlie Foster, Mary (Sandy) Anderson and Elder Lottie Bossie all of Alabama; a special friend: Thomas Hudson of Vero Beach, FL; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The homegoing celebration for Mr. Percy Lee Harris, Sr. will be held Thursday at 2:00pm from the sanctuary of Joyful Sound International Ministry.

Apostle Julia Grant Berry will officiate.

Burial will follow at the Pallbearers Cemetery.
