It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mrs. Phenia Jewel Sheffield, age 98, of Valdosta, GA, departed this life, Saturday, July 23, 2022.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mrs. Phenia J. Sheffield will be Saturday, August 6, 2022, 11:00 a.m., from the sanctuary of St. Paul AME Church, 419 S. Patterson Street, Valdosta, GA.

Pastor James McKenzie will be officiating.

Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery, 2065 Clay Road, Valdosta, GA.

Public viewing will be Friday, August 5, 2022, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Godfrey Funeral Home.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear mask at the public viewing and the funeral service.
