It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Deacon Reuben Jenkins, age 74, of Valdosta, GA, departed this life Sunday, December 06, 2020.

The Celebration of Life for the late Deacon Reuben Jenkins will be Sunday, December 13, 2020, 12:00 p.m., on the campus Day Spring Baptist Church, 615 Dasher Lane, Valdosta, GA.

Interment will follow in the Southview Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Saturday, December 12th, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the chapel of Godfrey Funeral Home.

The Jenkins Family request in lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Deacon Jenkins to: Educate 1 Child, 3338 Country Club Rd, Box 121, Valdosta, GA, 31605.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear a mask during the visitation and at the funeral service.

The Celebration of Life service for Deacon Reuben Jenkins will be live streamed on the Godfrey Funeral Home Facebook page on Sunday, beginning promptly at 12 p.m.
