Mr. Robert Lee Harris, Jr.

Robert Lee Harris, Jr., was born October 10, 1943 in Tarver, GA to the late Emma D. Allen and the late David Bass, Sr.

Robert was a loving and hard-working man that always put his family first. Robert believed as it is written in the Word of God, “that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” He was a true entrepreneur and worked for himself the majority of his life His greatest moment in life was being a grandfather. His dream was to give his grandchildren the world. His family and friends will always remember his special smile, caring heart and warm embrace.

On Sunday, April 10, 2016, God knew that Robert was suffering, He knew he was in pain, He knew he would never get well on earth again. He put His arms around him and lifted him to rest.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Woodrow Fair and June Clayton Harris.

Robert Lee Harris, Jr., leaves cherished memories to his wife: Patricia Harris of Jacksonville, FL; eleven children: Marvin Harris (Deloris) of Jacksonville, FL, Robert Harris (Althea) of Manassas, VA, Darryl Harris (June) of Atlanta, GA, Barbara Moore (Walter) of Valdosta, GA, Phyllis Footman (Casey) of Jacksonville, FL, Marshatta Harris of Atlanta, GA, Shalonda Harris-Walthour (James) of Atlanta, GA, Kabrina Harris of Miami, FL, Jennifer Harris of Washington DC, Casey Harris of Jacksonville, FL, and Xavier Wolfe (Shameka) of Atlanta, GA; one sister: Idella Stewart of Valdosta, GA; thirty seven grandchildren; forty two great-grandchildren; a god-son: Eric Carter; best friend: Mary Broomfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

The celebration of life for the late Mr. Robert Lee Harris, Jr. will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11:00am from the sanctuary of Conquerors Deliverance Center.

Bishop James Smith is the pastor.
Prophetess Sabrina Smith will officiate.

Interment will follow in Pallbearers Cemetery.
