It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mrs. Vernell Howard, age 71, of Valdosta, GA, departed this life, Saturday, July 16, 2022.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mrs. Vernell Howard will be Saturday, July 23, 2022, 11:00 a.m., from the sanctuary of Forrest Park Church of Christ, 4263 Inner Perimeter Road, Valdosta, GA.

Westley Hazel will be officiating.

Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens, 3945 N. Valdosta Road, Valdosta, GA.

Public viewing will be Friday, July 22, 2022, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Godfrey Funeral Home.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear mask at the public viewing and the funeral service.
