Victoria Denise Sanders was born April 19, 1968 in Camden, New Jersey, to Sam Sanders and Alberta Sanders.
She was educated in the Valdosta City School System and was a proud member of the graduating Class of 1986. She was currently furthering her education at Valdosta State University.
Victoria was very kind and loving to everyone she met. She always had a warm smile. She was very active in the community. She volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
A radiant smile was hers until the Lord granted her eternal rest on Friday, April 10, 2015.
Victoria is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Victoria leaves to cherish her memories, her children whom she loved and adored: Matthew Sanders of New Jersey and Afrika Black of Valdosta, GA; her parents, Sam Sanders of New Jersey and Alberta Sanders of Valdosta, GA; one brother: Ronald Millhouse (Carolyn) of Jacksonville, FL; two aunts: Sally Washington (Raymond) of Valdosta, GA and Annie Mae Woods of Hahira, GA; two uncles: Johnell Woods of Valdosta, GA and Joel Woods (Evelyn) of Hahira, GA; a special friend, Greg of Delaware; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
The celebration of life for the late Miss Victoria Denise Sanders will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 3:00 p.m., from the sanctuary of the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
Dr. John H. Manning, Sr. is the pastor and will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Harrington Rest Cemetery.
Public viewing will be on Monday, April 13, 2015 from noon to 8 p.m.
