It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces, Yvonnie Mitchell, age 65, departed this life Saturday, August 29, 2026.
The Celebration of Life for the late Yvonnie will be Saturday, September 5, 2026, 11:00 a.m., at Mt. Zion AME Church, 4011 N. Oak Street Ext., Valdosta, GA.
Interment will follow at Mt. Zion AME Church Cemetery, Valdosta, GA.
Public viewing will be Friday, September 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Godfrey Funeral Home, 636 River Street, Valdosta, GA.
