It is with deepest sympathy Godfrey Funeral Home announces Mr. Zion D. Yates, age 18, of Ray City, GA, departed this life, Wednesday, July 27, 2022.

The Celebration of Life for the late Mr. Zion D. Yates will be Saturday, August 6, 2022, 3:00 p.m., from the sanctuary of West Hill Church of Christ, Valdosta, GA.

Dr. Justin Moore will be officiating.

Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery, 2065 Clay Road, Valdosta, GA.

Public viewing will be Friday, August 5, 2022, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Godfrey Funeral Home.

All those who wish to pay their respect in person must wear mask at the public viewing and the funeral service.
